A Slice of Callaway 2025
Honoring “Cave Country” and the Cave Family Century Farms!
Last year’s event was held Sunday, September 14 at New Bloomfield High School. All attendees received a slice of pie, ice cream, and a beverage. The homemade pies being served at the event were made by Rose Yoder and were delicious!
The pie auction featured local bakers and the proceeds will help fund the KCHS Education Grant program. Over $6000 was raised! Read more details in our September 2025 newsletter.
A Slice of Callaway 2024
218 attendees honored the Windsor Family Century Farm of Williamsburg with old documents, artifacts & photos that guests found informative and enlightening. The homemade pies served at the event were made by Rose Yoder and were delicious!
THE PIE AUCTION featured bakers 18 and under who submitted entries in a pie bake-off in August. Our judges were happily stunned and stuffed…
The auction was great fun! Agriculture and 4-H have played an important role for the Windsor families, so this year we involved 4-H youth, and others, in making some of the pies for the auction. One of the pies sold for $1000!! Read more details in our September 2024 newsletter.
