Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society is a non-profit organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code (EIN 43-1104644). The Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society is primarily staffed by volunteers and is governed by a 14-member board of directors. Officers and directors are elected annually at the annual meeting. Board meetings are held monthly.
