Old-Fashioned Pie Supper and Pie Auction

Secure your spot with an advance ticket purchase for only $10 per person. Your reservation guarantees a delectable slice of homemade pie served with ice cream and a refreshing cup of coffee or water. The highlight of the event is the Pie Auction starting at 3:00 p.m.

KCHS cordially invites you to the official release of our latest literary masterpiece, Callaway Chalkboards: Remembering Callaway County’s Rural Schoolhouses.

Meet and greet our esteemed editor, Bruce Hackmann, who will be personally signing copies of the book. Secure your piece of history for just $40 (members) or $45 (non-members) per book.

While savoring your delectable pie, immerse yourself in a historical display of rural school memorabilia. Enjoy an engaging program, including the Facebook Live drawing of our Schoolhouse Scavenger Hunt winners, all leading up to the much-anticipated PIE AUCTION at 3:00 p.m.


 Supporting Education 

All proceeds from this event will go toward the newly established KCHS Educational Grant Program for Callaway County schools. This innovative program encourages educators from diverse disciplines to develop grant projects that enrich the study of history in their classrooms, aligning with KCHS's mission of preserving and sharing Callaway County's rich history with all generations.
